Large rooms, excellent front-office service, good English skills, efficient cleaning/break staff, tastefully simple decor, walking distance or short bus to sights.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and bright, with a tastefully simple decor, made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, even managing without fluent English skills. We were actually surprised to find a sauna and jacuzzi in our suite with a luxurious and relaxing experience. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in this city and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to several restaurants. This made it convenient for me to have a variety of dining options, especially since some of these restaurants deliver until late at night. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with fine public areas and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. Plus, they even offered grocery shopping services, which was a nice touch. I was very impressed with the hotel's amenities and the level of comfort it provided.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

During my New Year stay, I appreciated the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the festivities. the clean rooms and friendly staff were a definite plus. I also must commend the helpful receptionist who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

I had requested for an airport shuttle, but it was not handled properly.

During my recent stay in this hotel, I was impressed by the location being in close proximity to various restaurants, making it convenient to dine out. the public areas were clean and eye, catching. the hotel is situated opposite the Opera gardens and is in front of the airport, which was a plus point for me. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary bathroom amenities. the breakfast provided was extensive and appetizing. I enjoyed the round, the, clock tea/coffee facility and the large satellite television channels.

It was unfortunate that the hotel did not have a kitchen facility available during the day/night, although the restaurants nearby offered a late delivery service.

The staff were fantastic and welcoming, providing great information about the city. The breakfast was outstanding, offering quality food with a wide range of options. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring local restaurants and takeaways.

Although the room was spacious, the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. The wifi was a bit slow for accessing work-files, but it was adequate for emails and basic tasks.

We loved the excellent location of this hotel, close to the airport and opposite the Opera gardens. It was also convenient to have several restaurants nearby who normally deliver till 11 pm. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
